Questions before building

Clear answers about choosing an approach, starting a project, and operating the result responsibly.

01What does QuantixCode build?

We design AI Workers, agentic workflows, automation infrastructure, and AI-native platforms around measurable operational problems.

02When should we use AI instead of conventional automation?

AI is useful when work requires interpreting unstructured information or handling context. Deterministic rules remain the better choice for predictable steps, and many reliable systems combine both.

03Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. We design around the tools, APIs, databases, documents, and approval processes already used by your team instead of forcing an unnecessary replacement.

04How does a project begin?

We start by understanding the operational bottleneck, available evidence, constraints, and measurable outcome. The first proposal is the smallest useful scope that can validate value.

05Do you build pilots and production systems?

Yes. A focused pilot can validate assumptions, but architecture, security, observability, and ownership are considered from the start when production is the intended destination.

06How do you approach security and data?

Access is designed around least privilege, tenant isolation, traceability, and explicit retention. Specific controls and compliance obligations are defined for each engagement.

07How long does a project take?

Timing depends on integrations, risk, data readiness, and scope. After discovery we provide milestones and acceptance criteria instead of a generic timeline.

08Who owns the solution and how is it supported?

Ownership, infrastructure, source access, support, and evolution are documented in the proposal and contract so responsibilities remain explicit.
